CAMO Technical Administrator
ASL Group is looking for a CAMO Technical Administrator (M/F) to reinforce our team in Belgium/the Netherlands.
A CAMO Technical Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting aircraft airworthiness management by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining aircraft records and aircraft maintenance programs.

Job Summary
The CAMO Technical Administrator provides administrative and technical support to the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) team. This role involves managing aircraft technical records, coordinating maintenance documentation, development and updating of aircraft maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. As a CAMO Technical Administrator, you will report directly to the Technical Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Airworthiness Compliance Support
- Input of service bulletins (SBs) and airworthiness directives (ADs) into Maintenance Tracking System.
- Liaise with the CAMO team members, regulatory authorities, and suppliers for technical documentation.
- Aircraft Maintenance Program Management
- Support the development and updating of aircraft maintenance programs (AMP).
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Input and update maintenance data in Maintenance Tracking System.
- Generate reports on aircraft status, maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide necessary records and documentation for audits.
- Aircraft Entry into Service
- Integrate new aircraft into the Maintenance Tracking System.
- Assist in ensuring that all airworthiness requirements are met before the first flight
Work Environment
- Office-based role with the possibility of occasional remote work.
- Regular interaction with CAMO fleet managers and regulatory authorities.
Experience
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in aviation technical administration, aircraft records management, or a CAMO support role.
- Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, or equivalent aviation regulations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (e.g., AMOS, OASES, CAMP, MRX).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of technical data.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must have a EU working permit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Certification or training in airworthiness management or aviation maintenance.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programs and records management.
- Completed aviation-oriented study
- A trustworthy and organized mind-set.
- Ability to work independently.
